End-User License Agreement

Effective date: October 31, 2026

This agreement covers the "Intellis agents read only" QuickBooks Online app (the "App"), provided by Warshaw Group, Inc. dba Intellis Labs, 600 5th Ave, Floor 2, New York, NY 10020 ("Intellis").

1. Who may use it. The App is for Intellis's internal use only. Only an authorized Intellis administrator may connect it, and only to Intellis's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not licensed, sold or offered to anyone else.
2. What it does. The App reads financial reports from QuickBooks Online (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Transaction List by Vendor, company information) for internal budgeting and expense tracking. It does not create, change or delete QuickBooks data.
3. Authorization. By connecting the App, the administrator confirms they are authorized to give Intellis's internal systems read access to the company's QuickBooks data.
4. Data. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty. The App is provided "as is". Its analyses support internal planning. They are not accounting, tax or financial advice, and figures should be checked against QuickBooks before they are relied on.
6. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Intellis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
7. Ending use. Use ends when the App is disconnected in QuickBooks Online (Settings > Manage apps), or when Intellis stops operating it.
8. Intuit. Intuit Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App.
9. Governing law. New York law governs this agreement.
